COPYRIGHT & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICIES
Our license lets others remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, and although their new works must acknowledge you and be non-commercial, they don’t have to license their derivative works.
Readers are free to:
- Share - copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
- Adapt - remix, transform, and build upon the material
The author or pmNERDS cannot revoke these freedoms as long as readers follow the license terms. Under the following terms and conditions:
- Attribution – The reader must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Readers may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the author or pmNERDS endorses them or their use.
- NonCommercial - Readers may not use the material for commercial purposes.
pmNERDS retains the right to reuse content within the pmNERDS community website, its Training courses, Workgroups, Forums, Glossaries, Chats, Games, Wikis, Books, Podcasts, eBooks, Blogs, Social Media, and Webinars for both Commercial and NonCommercial use.
The author retains the right to publish their material elsewhere, but cannot constrain or revoke the above granted freedoms as long as readers follow the license terms.
No additional restrictions — Readers may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
Notices: Readers do not have to comply with the license for elements of the material in the public domain or where their use is permitted by an applicable exception or limitation.
No warranties are given. The license may not give the reader all of the permissions necessary for their intended use. For example, other rights such as publicity, privacy, or moral rights may limit how they use the material.
