The Problem Situation

“If we begin creating a project, then we can leverage formalized steps to problem resolution and project templates, but this means we need to correctly identify the problem situation.”

When we receive a project request, or begin considering that the activity we’re engaged in, might better serve us as a project, we need to come to grips with the activity’s context. This context can be defined by identifying those things that impact the activity, and the things the activity impacts. When we consider that all activity is movement, and all movement is about change, we can see that our activity, whatever it is, will be about change.
